When a link is made to any page which is "level 2" a screen prompt gives a user the choice of log-on, registration, or return to viewing at level 1. All users need to register in this way to process authorisation for Level 2. Level 2 can not be authorised by making a request through the "technical help" e-mail facility.

Granting of Level 2 access is at the discretion of Sun Chemical business management.

Where access has been agreed, the user must register first using the form available from any Level 2 area,  e.g. click on the main menu button "Problem Solving and Diagnostics", then any one of the process areas, and then choose "Registration" from the Level 2 Welcome page.

Following the on-line submission of the registration form, Level 2 access will be granted, if appropriate and a user ID will be automatically sent to the email address given. On the next visit to a Level 2 area, the user should click the "log-on" option to insert their email address and user ID to authenticate. This then enables the user to view any Level 2 area during the visit.
