diagnostics are available for Level 2 users to resolve most of the
common problems that occur on press and after printing for the listed
applications. For a selected problem, the diagnostic system asks
the user precise questions / gives recommendations and depending
on the answer choice, the user will follow their specific navigation
path until the problem is resolved, or until a conclusion is reached.
For these Level 2 applications, clicking on a link will
initially activate the security prompt, where authorised users should
click the log-on option. Registration should be selected where there
is agreement with Sun Chemical.
